If you use the Contact Form 7 2.0 Be sure to upload the calendar module cf7-calendar.php (can be downloaded here : https://webwoke.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/cf7-calendar.php.txt) in Contact Form 7 plugins folder under module folder [wp-content/plugins/]contact-form-7/modules/.

The links that are referenced to all give 404 error’s

What way are you guys setting up the formatting of the emails sent via CF7?
Are you uploading a CSS file then linking to that, so that each time the email is opened it is obtaining the styles from the hosted CSS file??
I would be greatfull if either of you could show some sort of example of the code, and how it’s used, I’ve been looking round trying to get something like this setup.

This no longer needs to show/create a unique order number.
So the issue now is to how to get the information that is created in the form to be sent via email in a formatted way, like that in the one in the link in my previous post.

OK, I dont know if this is possible, but hopefully some of the Slimbox savy will be able to guide me…

I am a graphic designer, and I want to display some of the publications I have done, they are anything from 80 – 152 pages, I have them all sized etc as jpegs (just for previews) – Can I have just the first image/page of each mag visible in a thumbnail, and link that to a Slimbox that will auto link (have next & previous button options) through the pages of that magazine.
I really don’t want to have to show the 80 – 152 thumbnails on each page.
