This is a known problem, the extra thumbnails are added by ajax after lightbox has initialized. lightbox just doesn’t ‘see’ the new images.

I’m sorry you are disappointed about Eazyest Gallery.
If descriptions on folder thumbnails is the key feature you need, Eazyest Gallery is not the choice for you yet.

In this version, you may need to visit the Eazyest Gallery page in Admin to import the images into WordPress.
The [eazyest_folder] shortcode needs a folder ID or folder name for the images to show. e,g,[eazyest_folder folder="cars"]
Your gallery should be visible at yourweb.dom/gallery
