We also received the same email yesterday and Google Workspace picked it up and flagged it as a SPAM email.
Do no click on link. They are spoofing Woocommere to steal your information.

@wfdave, no do not have access to our servers/cpanel/ftp.
Update: Our IT team logged us back in. We deactivated WF plug in and this morning the WF plugin reactivated itself on its own and locked us put. The WF plugin is autoblocking our IP and blocking all our incoming and outgoing emails as well. We are an ecommerce store as part of our physical store, this is just causing us thousands of dollars. Diagnostics sent multiple times to WF via their system and they have nothing and can’t figure it out. We just deleted WF plugin. Also notice this morning a slew of tickets on site with people having the same issue we are having – this is not an user problem, but a WF problem. We had been using WF for several years.We are having the same issue, to the point that our own IP is now being blocked and WordFence has locked us out of our site for 2 days. We finally logged in, deactivated the WordFence plug in and this morning it reactivated all on its own and locked us out again. I’ve had a ticket open for 2 days with wordfence and no response, we lost so many orders for our e-commerce business. At this point, just trying to log back in and uninstalling. You can also wait several hours for the Wordfence to unblock itself, if you had a timer set up on your Wordfence settings.

Yesterday, wordfence updated on my site and now I am locked out, can’t log in and I do not have access to servers!
Site owner – my servers are off site and there is a pending ticket open with our servers.
This is insane as I am a retail store and I can’t get to my woocommerce admin page.
Word fence keeps loading a page stating I am temporary locked out and that
I need to sent myself instructions to unlock myself, but no emails are being generated to my account (master account holder).
I have typed in my email for the account and nothing is being sent to my inbox or spam box. Tried this over 10 times since yesterday and I have nothing.
I need this resolved ASAP!!!!
