Like Salamzaban, “Actions – Tab” of the demo site of the above URL is displayed normally, but it does not work on my WordPress.

I use it in this combination.

But, when to browsing the Image Slider using Chrome and Firefox, image does not move smoothly.
This is the same on Windows 8.1 and Android 4.4.

Even if browsing in the “Chrome and Firefox”, I want to smoothly move in the Image
