That’s also the same for me, on every site using Elementor and its theme Hello.
The design is also totally broken in the back-end (especially separation shapes between containers, but also the CSS), whereas it still looks right on the front-end.

My configuration is the following one :

up to 50 videos
thumbnails on the right (80/20)
no large video title
no large video description

When I activate the display of either the large video title or the large video description, then thumbnails disappear !

It looked like it worked, but it’s not the case…
Sometimes it works, and sometimes there’s still no thumbnail.

I get to this situation by changing gradually the default parameters :
first 4 videos, at the bottom, and the content reduced as small as I can.
But when I regenerate de short code with new options (anc clean the cache systematically), there’s one moment where thumbnails are not displayed anymore…

Sometimes I get authentication errors, it’s probably because I use the token functionality. So I decided to move to a YouTube Data API key, which made the problem disappear ??

NB : if you want to restrict your API key, you have to limit it to the domain https://www.googleapis.com (and maybe also the website domain ? I did it, anyway).

I finally managed to edit my OceanWP template by deactivating some plugins to see if something would change.

And the incriminated plugin was : Freesoul Deactivate Plugins. It allows to deactivate specific plugins on frontend or backend, thus avoiding execution of code with no use. The configuration of it can be a little bit tricky, so I changed some parameters, and now my OceanWP works again ??

Indeed, I had already read the page, which explains in a certain way the situation, but doesn’t bring any solution to the issue.

This functionality to create templates thru OceanWP is an inner part of the OceanWP package. In my case, I just use it to customize the topbar of the theme, but it could be used for any other use. I just can’t help certifying that it doesn’t work anymore, as it has become impossible for me to create a new template this way (but it has been possible a few weeks before)…

Of course, I still can create templates thru the Elementor panel, but the OceanWP theme only allows to select an OceanWP template to customize the topbar.

I also have the same problem with a PHP 7.4 version on a multisite WordPress.
Just simply launching the wp with no parameters brings the error too.
So I downgraded the version to the previous one, and the issue disappeared.
