Isn’t that just the default WordPress TwentyTen theme? I’m not sure what you’re asking for exactly. I definitely think you have too many text ads and very little content. Try to analyze where your Adsense ads should go and how many you should put on a page. There are a lot of good articles about ad placement.

I agree with Joshua, the theme looks nice and definitely gets the job done. Now I think you should spend more time on your content.

My only real theme critique is that you have two different twitter buttons at the top of every post.

To be perfectly honest, it’s a little hard to handle.

I don’t like the black background, I think it looks much better white. Also, everything on the main page is so compact. It’s a lot of information all jammed together.

The information is fairly concise, and I do like that. It’s pretty obvious right away what you’re trying to accomplish and the website gets to the point. All in all I’d say it would be worlds better if you changed the background to white and maybe spaced out some of the content.

All in all I think the site looks good. It loads quickly and is clean.

Things I don’t like / wish your site had:

Social Proof. Are you on social networks like Twitter and Facebook? Link them to your website and make them obvious!

I really like both your testimonials and recent clients sliders but I think it’s a bad idea to have two sliders right next to each other that rotate at different times. It’s a little jarring.

It feels a little crammed. I like how spacious the header and the footer are but your main content area (especially the list of posts) look a little too close to each other.

Yeah that enter page has to go. Why give your visitors an extra step just to get to your content? On the blog itself I agree with others that you need a new header logo and a less noisy background. Check out :
https://subtlepatterns.com/ if you’re looking for a gentle, free, background pattern. Also, You’re mixing styles with the logo being an old-school, 8-bit, pixelated style and the smooth WordPress theme. You should pick one or the other.

Also, and I’m not sure if it’s just my browser, but your Adsense blocks between each post are not showing up and just look like a weird block of white space.
