What’s the point of submitting an email? Won’t be much productive to discuss here in case anyone encounters the same issue? I use latest version of elementor pro, free version of pofily and shoptimizer as theme. The form is not submitted.

Yes, it’s working now. Was actually my fault, a css issue. One suggestion. It would be nice if there were an option or shortcode to use on product page, something like “Order today and get it by ….” This should be displayed under the add to cart button.

Hi Rerm. Yes, the mysql error is gone now but there is another issue. Prior to the mysql error, the shipping estimate date was displayed in the cart page and checkout page. Now it doesn’t show anywhere. Did not tested in emails.

Ok, thanks. Maybe it’s something I have done, some dummy text I’ve entered somewhere, although I doubt it. I temporarily deactivated the plugin and used the default woo email templates. The text does not appear so it must be something related to your plugin.

BINGO. The culprit was “Redis Object Cache” that was enabled at server level on woocart.com dedicated WP hosting. Thanks again for your help. I will purchase the pro version, don’t really need it since the basic version offers me enough, but just to support your work. Awesome plugin, awesome support. Have a great day.

Hi. I did that and still the same issue. Funny thing. I’ve uninstalled, deleted and reinstalled the plugin again. Now even the BasePress Settings are not saved. For example if I switch from Modern to Zen theme, after saving, the Modern theme is selected again. Basically, all the setting I did 2 days ago when I installed the plugin for the first time, are somehow hardcoded without the option to change them. I suspect it could be a database issue (MariaDB/INNO) but there is another curious thing. I created a staging version of the entire site and everything works fine. I am able to create new KB’s and add sections and articles, save settings, etc.

Here are a few details about the server, if it helps:

Yes. The message is displayed. When I add a section, the message disappears and the created section is displayed. When I refresh, the section(s) disappear and the message “There are no sections under (your KB name here). You can create a new section from the form on the left.” is displayed again.

Thanks for your quick reply. There are zero errors in console or php error logs. As I said, everything works fine in the first KB. I can add/delete sections without any problems the issue is with the second KB. I even tried to create more KB’s , same issue. Section are added but not saved. After refresh they disappears. If I create a new article, the sections are not displayed, only those added in the first KB.
