That to validate that there was not issues with the files during the update process. Please, keep us posted, we are happy to help!
Hello
That option is not available at the moment.
This is certanly an interesting Feature Request.
If you have some time, could you please share with the NextGEN Gallery team this idea?
https://www.imagely.com/feature-voting/Hello @reedusna,
Perhas you can adjust or use another available Lightbox Effect?
Please, feel free to check our documentation: https://www.imagely.com/docs/lightbox-effects/Hello @danthesignman,
Maybe you would like to check if it’s a NextGEN Gallery issue only.
Here is how.– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery and Buddy Press (the plugin that you want to test).
– Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins in combination with NextGen Gallery (three plugin conflict). Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
– If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.Hi @notrobo!
Please, let us know first your current version of NextGen Gallery.
Our last version is Version 3.0.16.So please:
1.- Check if you have the latest version of our plugin.
2.- Did you check if there is an existing conflict with another plugin?
3.- Have you tried re-inserting the galleries and see if that works? Please, keep us posted.
Note: It will be wonderful if you can share with us the links to those pages.-Gaby
