There is no download link, at least not where it should be.

I think the problem is, that the link is not generated at all. Maybe you could give advice on that, please.

I have other sites, where I sell ebooks, I have dealed with this problem before – with different solutions, which do not work in this case – and I know the difference between pending and completed.

Even after the order is completed, there is NO download link in the mail.

It goes like this:

1) Order placed. Status = on hold

2) Payment received. Status = completes

3) Final mail sent to costumer containing link til download.

–> EXCEPT: in this case there is no download link…

Yes, I said both:

Before payment = on hold

After payment = completed

I’m not really sure, if I understand your question. After payment the order status is: Completed.

Is that, what you asked for?

Right after I have placed the order, the status is marked “On hold”.

I am aware, that it contain an “?/oe”, but there is a general problem also with the titles without special letters.
