-Empty all caches
-Empty modules – shows empty page cache, minify cache, database cache and object cache

You’re right psheld, it must have been due to a recently added cache plugin: W3 Total Cache, that I hadn’t updated. Thanks for coming by to comment. I appreciate your time ??

That makes sense what you explained, however, my issue is with the share counts that are on my current url with date included. If I change permalink settings my share counts are reset back to zero. Perhaps this is a question I ought to ask Shareholic?

Hi Christine. I think something happened on the installation as when I look to each page, you’ll see the option to open up to adjust settings yet the drop down arrow will not expand. Also, I haven’t been able to log out of my site since installing the plugin. I just deactivated the plug in and now I’m able to log out. Do you think I need to reinstall plug in? Also, my site is running WordPress 3.2.1 and it advises to Update to 3.4.2. Could this be the issue? I’m not sure how to update my site and I’ve been postponing it as I’m fearful of losing my data when I back up; is there an easy foolproof way to backup? THanks for your help.
