Was there a solution for this, same thing above -> it seems to extract everything and go through step 1…but then it stops and shows me a blank screen. Then when I go to that site, it forces me to download the installer.php
I downloaded the development version int the “Other Versions” section, even added htaccess to file extensions panel. And still no luck!
Would appreciate any information on how to resolve this. I successfully duplicated and migrated 5 other sites, however I am having this issue with this one. Could be it was autoinstalled previously as it was a while back. I normally manually install wordpress now.
