Had the same issue.

I had to uninstall the plugin. Go to the wordpress plugin page for purechat, download it, then upload the zipped file to the wordpress site. It worked this way after I used this method.

Tried on several browsers and two devices. Left if now for 12 hours+. Even removed the URLs and placed them back in.
