Yes, these are the instructions I used to set this up. I copied/pasted the webhook, it is correct. I’ve doublechecked. My site is password protected using this plugin since it is in development. Could this cause the issue?
A little more information: The error in the Stripe dashboard is: 400 (Bad Request). There are no errors on my server.

In reply to: [Affiliate Program Suite — SliceWP Affiliates] Missing Tab: Affiliate fieldsNever mind. I found it. I didn’t know you had to go into add-ons and turn it on.
We worked it out. I am not sure what you mean by reconfigure but when we got the error we checked the URLs in the Google API and the redirect URL was slightly different this time so we added it to the project and that worked. Not sure why it changed, but in case anyone else has the same issue.
Sorry for the delay. I’ve done a few more tests. I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and yours and switched to Storefront theme and tried to refund a Klarna purchase again. I tried both refunding from the order after placement (in Processing Status) and also tried changing the order status to Completed and then processing the refund. In both cases the status never changes to “Refund”.

@bhshravankumar Great, thank you!
Delete the user in Stripe or in WordPress?
I resolved this. I am sure there are many reasons you might get this error but just in case this helps anyone, in my case it turned out to be a conflict with Gravity Forms Encrypted Fields. I didn’t resolve the conflict, but we no longer needed this plugin so I was able to delete it which resolved the issue.
I am have the same issue and just a quick follow up question. When you say, remove the user order details, do you mean I need to delete the orders that were placed in test mode?
Done, thanks.
I tried this and got “invalid token”. I thought maybe I just input the password incorrectly, so I tried again, repasting the password and got “error”. No details. Tried a third time and got “invalid token” again.
I don’t seem to be able to explain this correctly. You asked me to use this link to test: https://smtper.postmansmtp.com/.
There is no STARTTLS option there. You keep telling me to use STARTTLS, but that is not an option in the link you sent me. The only options are None, SSL and TLS. Please let me know which of those three (None, SSL and TLS) I should use to test.
Thank you.
I am using STARTTLS in the plugin. Your tester has the options: None, SSL and TLS.
I am asking which of those tester options I should choose?
