Thanks for your reply, but my other zoho mails with fluent smtp(used at least 1-3 years) have the sent records. this weird one, no records, but I tested email could be delivered to receipts currently. I am worried that it won’t deliver emails to receipts in future.
I think it might not be the issue from zoho mail, could you double confirm?

thank you so much, I just took a look of the log, it sent only one email, but customer received 2 emails with same content. how do I figure it out.
another issue, normally when I receive a new order, the system should just send 2 emails, one is to customer, another is to me. why currently my backend sent another email to customer (subject: note added to…..) ? see the photo here please. what make this kind issue happened?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] auto send extra order emailOK, thank you, but not now, currently I used some codes to put all order on hold first, after that, then I would just process the order manually at backend, I saw it only send one email, not extra emails by manually processing order at backend, BTW, I also found my SMTP log, here is the screenshot for your reference. do you have other suggestions or keep letting me install the WP mail logging plugin to test again?
