Nevermind. The workaround above did not work for me either.

For anyone experiencing this issue while using the Divi builder. I was experiencing this issue on a client’s website and the problem was with using the Divi builder on the checkout page. I removed the checkout Woo Modules and replace with a text box with the default Woocommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]. This resolved my issue. I’ve reached out to Elegant Themes to report the issue. Hopefully they will address it soon.

NOTE: For me, it did not turn out to be any of the Divi performance settings, in case you try that. Those did not have an impact.

I’m also struggling with this same issue and haven’t received any help. My customers are going crazy because they are losing business, so I have to get the issue resolved ASAP or I’m in trouble with them.

I’m using a newly created theme and haven’t had issues in the past with themes I’ve created.

jamescb0, thanks for your update. Our shipping calculator is NOT hidden. although we also use the table rate, not dependent on location.

We also are receiving issues with the an error “Please enter a valid state.” When we’ve clearly selected the state. Any further assistance is greatly appreciated!

To add to my message above… the specific field it doesn’t seem to hold is the Billing State field. Even though it’s completed on the first pass, it doesn’t store or submit it.

I have a client having the same issue! If they choose “same as billing” the checkbox appears, but then when the customer enters their payment information and clicks “purchase” button. They are ask complete their billing state. Is there a fix for this issue?
