Hello,
WooRewards is designed specifically for WordPress and WooCommerce. Wix is a totally different product and WooRewards isn’t compatible with it.
If you want a loyalty system for Wix, you should look in the Wix App Market.
Hello,
Yes you can use it with a wordpress multisite network.
However, each site of the multisite will have its own loyalty management. You won’t be able to share points and rewards between sites.
The extended multisite management won’t be released until next year (advanced rules for multisite, loyalty systems sharing, replication of coupons …)I assume you’re talking about WooRewards Pro 3.8 ?
Regarding the last message, it may come from a maintenance we made on our website this morning, the service was temporarily unavailable.
Since you have WooRewards Pro, you should contact the support directly by sending some elements at [email protected]
Please provide some elements :
- A screenshot of the cart page, both with and without woorewards activated
- If you have an error log, please provide the errors logged
- You can also provide a screenshot of your woorewards/woocommerce settings that you will find in WooRewards → Settings → WooCommerce
Since it is a WooRewards Pro matter, I will close the topic here.
Hello,
I’d like to have more information in order to help you.
What version of WooRewards do you use, Standard or Pro ?Does the problem happen when you activate WooRewards and disappears if you deactivate WooRewards ?

In reply to: [WooVIP - Membership plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce] Wanted to buy but…Hello,
Thanks for your interest in WooVIP. I would like some more information about your issue.
The VIP tag is a small element that appears above the product image, both in the shop general navigation (list of products, list of products inside a category) and the product page. It follows these rules :
- It only appears for customers with the VIP role
- It only appears if the price is inferior to the standard price and the sale price
I realized some tests on different themes, including WooCommerce Storefront, and the VIP tag appears correctly if I set the rule inside a product or through a VIP Lounge Category rule (% discount on a category).
There’s another tag that appears near the product name which states “Only for …” with the name of the VIP Lounge. This tag appears on product lists and product pages if you set “Purchasable only for” or “Visible only for” rules.
This tag can appear for standard customers if they’re allowed to see the products but are not able to buy it.I would like to know which tag you’re referring to.
If you’ve tested one or both of the above methods and they’re not working, then maybe there’s some conflict with another theme/plugin somewhere. You should try to send us some screenshots, either by coming to our discord server (fastest answer) or by sending screenshots to our support email. You will find both links in your WooVIP administration.
Hello,
With the free version, it’s not possible.
If you have woorewards pro however, it’s possible.
What you need to do is this :
Attribute a new wordpress role to your customer (using a plugin for roles management, there’s a lot of free plugins available). For instance, you can name it “Banned”. It should have the same permissions as the customer role.Inside your loyalty system, click on the “Advanced Settings” on the top right of the window. It will show new options. One of those options is named “Restricted access”. It allows you to restrict access to the loyalty program depending on the customer role. Select all roles excepting the “Banned” role. Save your settings.
Now, all users except the “Banned” users have access to the loyalty program.

Thank you.
It is possible with WooRewards Pro but not with WooRewards Standard.

It is possible if you use WooRewards Pro.
WooRewards Pro allows you to give points to users if they visit a post, page or Url.
So, if you encode an url into a QR Code, you can print a physical card with that link. People visiting that link will win points. If you set only one reward for the same amount of points, they will then instantly get the reward.
You can try WooRewards Pro for free for 30 days : https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com/en/product/woorewards-en/

Hello Doug,
In the paid versions, here are the possible reward types :
- Discount coupon
- Reduction coupon
- Permanent reduction
- Variable discount : customers use all their points in one time, giving them an immediate reduction depending on how many points they used
- Free Product
- Free Shipping
- Customer Title : Let your customers have a special title displayed along their name
- Custom Reward : Create your own rewards
Badges will be added to this list in May’s big update that will bring Badges, Achievements and Social Medias to WooRewards.
Don’t forget that you can try WooRewards Pro for free for 30 days to get a better look to what it has to offer.
