Hello,
All addons only work with the pro version of WooRewards.
Hello,
We cannot respond to WooRewards premium features here, only MyRewards (the free version).
So, MyRewards cannot import data from a form. (you can look at our documentation relating to the free version on our website for more informations. WooRewards can import datas from other loyalty plugins, but not from a form).Woocommerce is almost mandatory to run our various plugins. Without it, you lose about 75% of the functionality (including those you list).
To respond to the premium version questions, you can contact us using our contact form on our website.
Best regards,
Hi,
Yes, WooRewards works without WooCommerce. However, several features are about payment and will be missing so. But WooCommerce does not have to be installed.
Only login users can earn and see points.
What kind of customer data do you want to import?
Best regards,
Hi,
Sorry, we have no right to talk about the premium version here.
Please contact our dedicated support to talk about this [email protected]. Anyway, the free month comes with any subscription.Best regards,
Hi,
We got all of this, but on our premium version. But this forum is restricted to the free version. Please, visit our official website for the live demo.
What are those shortcodes that shows nothing? Can you give us an example?
Best regards,
Hi,
First, you have to setup a loyalty system. Go to admin part, WooRewars. Run the wizards.
Then, you can use several shortcode to display information to your customers. All of them are listed in WooRewards→Appearance→Shortcode. See this documentation https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com/kb/wr-mr-front-end-display/

Hello,
Loyalty settings are saved in custom posts. This data cannot disappear unless you click on the deletion button. Or another plugin obfuscate them or prevent them to be read.
Why it is happening is a very good question indeed.
You take those screenshots after running the wizard, right?
You said points are kept. When the notice appears, do you really lost all your settings? In MyRewards→Settings, is the page empty? If not, just save the page as it is once to discard the notice. In that case, it means something preventing our custom posts to be read and so, trigger this warning.
Best regards,
Hello,
To respond to your last question, no, there is no reason for the Wizard to run again if you already have a loyalty program running. This is not a documented/normal behavior with MyRewards.
To troubleshoot your problem, we need more informations.
Why did you take your screenshots on another plugin’s export page ? Did this plugin may interfer with the database ? You may have erased the MyReward part of your database (or some table/fields related to your setup) by mistake, using another third party plugin. Therefore, it may have reset your loyalty setup.
Can you send us more screenshots of your loyalty program (the MyReward home page, and the advanced settings), to see if they are totaly erased ? or just some actions/rewards are concerned ? What about your points history and your client accounts ? Did they changed too ?
Did you try to look for WordPress debug log ? anything suspect here ?
Your website may have a cache feature or a backup feature that reseted your data to an old backup/date. That may explain why the Wizard launch again (because it didn’t find any Loyalty program already setup).
Best regards,Hi,
Reading user’s points is easy. After 'lws_woorewards_pools_loaded' action has been triggered, you can call the method below.
$points = \LWS_WooRewards::getInstalledPool()->getPoints($user_id);
Best regards,
We will now close this ticket thread,

Hello,
we will close this ticket if your problem is solved !
Hello,
First of all, many thanks for your thrust in our products!
No need to worry about these notifications. They’re benign, and come from legacy support for old features that we wanted to maintain. With each update, we make sure to remove as many as possible so that we don’t have to deal with them again in the near future (the next update is ready and is free of these deprecated notifications, we’re just waiting for WordPress to validate it). In the meantime, you can ignore them completely, as they don’t affect the plugin’s functionality or your installation.

Hello,
No need to worry, the plugin will be back online in no time. It’s a simple update following the detection of a vulnerability who was traced back to WordPress. The risk is inexistant to the end user, but WordPress has a very strict verification system.
You can therefore keep your installed version without any problem! And the plugin will be back in a short time. Our dev team is already updating the version concerned.

Hello,
On the free version you can not use the conditionnal display (that can help you show or hide specific features), it’s a premium feature, but we will update the free version in the next day to update the display of Points on Cart to not show an empty point pool.

Hi,
Since it is a pro feature, we cannot talk about it here. Please contact our premium support here [email protected].
Just note: The two screenshots show two different products, are you sure both give points?
The element you are talking about is placed thanks to a WooCommerce hook. Maybe the theme update replaced the classic WooCommerce product template without notice you. Anyway, this element is available through a shortcode (wr_product_points). You can place it yourself on any template page.
