I had this issue as well – your answer fixed it. You have the best support site out there!

Neve mind – I found it. In Settings/Pages + Icons, you have to check all the pages you want to show.

I am also having an issue with my menu showing. The only pages showing up are Home, RSS, and the blog page.

Also wondering if it’s possible the change the height of the widget items so the rows appear to be closer together.
