As I say above I cannot log in to deactivate but I have deleted a few and then changed the name of the plugins folder through FTP as advised elsewhere on this forum. This has not worked. Is there some other way you are referring to?
How do I revert to 2012 via FTP?
Lastly how do reinstall manually except the content folder? Are you advising me to delete the content folder??? How do I backup using FTP?
