Seems i got it: added the shortcode to link-library.php (was using other shortcodes as examples).

so could you please tell me where should i edit dedicated page template? I want to remove the date (in header), image and category.

Have downloaded this theme. Got same issue. Leters in the menu are changed to symbols. How to fix it?
