Could you please provide some more information, so that we can investigate:
Which version of the plugin are you using?
Do you have any other plugins installed, other than the Playbuzz plugin?Also, if you could open the console (just hit f12 on your keyboard), you should be able to see if there were any errors. A screenshot of what’s going on in there may also help us to figure this out.

- Could you please specify which version of the plugin you’re using? I’ll also need the wordpress version you have installed.
- The best way for me to debug it, would be if you could provide a link to a page where a Playbuzz item was embedded.

There shouldn’t be any issue with the plugin. To find out what went wrong, it would help us a lot to see the exact error:
1. If you’re using Chrome, hit f12 (should open your developer console)
2. Go to the “network” tab.
3. Now open the Playbuzz plugin, and when you see the error, go back to the network tab in the developer tools. You should see a bunch of new lines in there
4. Look for a red line. If you hover over it with your mouse, you should see that the url there starts with “rest-api-v2.playbuzz.com/v2/items”. Click on it to select it.
5. Send us a screenshot of the “headers” and the “response” tabs.We should be able to investigate the issue using this data.
