can you confirm the path is the one from FTP

yes i can confirm that the path is tne one from FTP, here is the link of the image, you can check it yourself, as you can see the folders are the same ones displyed in the screenshot i sent yesterday.

yes if i upload a new media the optimization starts immediately and the WebP are created for both the original and the miniatures.

the matter is more complicated than I thought, I created a new gallery, this is the link.

The first image is a screenshot of the plugin settings, “uploads-1” shows an uploads folder as you can see there are two images for one the WebP version has been created, for the other not, even if from the media gallery it appears that for this image the WebP version has been created see “testimonianze servizi”

Unfortunately this strange behavior also occurs in other folders see “Uploads-2”, this folder contains between original images and thumbnails created by Worpress 52 files only for an image and its thumbnails the WebP version was created.

I took your advice and re-optimized some images from the media library, I also tried bulk optimization but nothing has changed.
