In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Not working between browser sessions.Hi,
That is strange. Can I ask what device & operating system your using? And also what browser you’re using.
I would also try to click the ‘end all sessions’ button, untick the ‘allow duplicate sessions’ button and attempt to login again.

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Not working between browser sessions.Hi there,
Thanks for using the plugin and apologies for the issue.
Can you please try ticking the ‘allow duplicate sessions’ option to see if that fixes the issue for you?

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Logged me out of ChromeHi there,
There shouldn’t be an issue with Chrome in particular. There are a number of reasons you could have been logged out though, for example:
* Clearing your browsing data / cookies in Chrome settings
* Visiting your website on a similar machine using Chrome on the same network can sometimes drop a session (if this is the case, tick the ‘allow duplicate sessions’ box)
* A conflict with another pluginI would advise checking the expiry of the wordpress_loggin_in cookie to see if it expires in 1 year or not.
Seems to be working well, thanks!
Thanks, I’ll give it a try!
I think it would be worth putting that as a little note next to the checkbox, I would have expected the links to work forever, personally.

Hi there,
I do agree with you that now I read it again, it’s not clear enough.
I’ll re-word the details to make it clearer going forward. Thanks for the suggestion!
Thanks,
LukeHi both,
Sorry I didn’t get a notification about the support request for some reason!
Ultimate Member Social Login and Woocommerce Social Login are supported in the premium version of the plugin, the description does specify ‘(premium)’ at the end.
Can I check that you both have the premium version of WP Persistent Login installed and activated?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Multiple submissions in Gravity Forms?Hi Carmine,
I can’t seem to replicate this issue. Have you seen this problem happening since you opened this support request?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Multiple submissions in Gravity Forms?Great, thanks for the info.
I’ll give gravity forms a test alongside Persistent Login this weekend and i’ll let you know if I find anything.

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Multiple submissions in Gravity Forms?Hi, thanks for getting in touch.
I can’t think of a reason why Persistent Login would make forms submit multiple times. There are no redirects/page refreshes that occur in Persistent Login.
I will install gravity forms with Persistent Login though and test it. Do you know if the forms submitting through AJAX or is the page refreshing to submit the form?
Do you have any information about which browser(s) you’ve seen this happening in?

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] PHP errorHi Kevin,
Are you able to tell me what Roles you have selected under the ‘Manage Roles’ section of Persistent Login settings?
And also, does your WP user have one role assigned, or multiple roles assigned to it?

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] PHP errorHi Kevin,
Thanks for letting me know about this. I’ll look into the bug and push an update to the plugin.
In the meantime, your users will remain logged in if you deactivate the plugin temporarily.
I’ll post an update here once a fix has been released.
Thanks,

In reply to: [WordPress Persistent Login] Hide “Remember me”Hi and thanks for the feature request!
This is actually already a feature of the premium version of Persistent Login, there’s a simple checkbox to hide all remember me checkboxes and labels.
If you didn’t want to purchase premium, you should be able to achieve the same thing by adding some CSS to your theme.
Hope this helps, and thanks for using the plugin.
