After the update to 1.7.5, the plugin cannot be activated.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class ThemeIsle\GutenbergBlocks\Autoloader, because the name is already in use in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/otter-blocks/autoloader.php on line 15

    Hey @apollosk,

That seems to be a failed update. You should try to delete and reinstall the plugin.

Let me know if that helps!

Nope, it didn’t help. Downgrading to 1.7.4, too. I had to restore a website backup.

That’s weird. Do you have a staging server for testing?

I have same error. Using 2.0.1 with Hestia Pro 3.0.21 on WordPress 5.9.2 using PHP 7.4 on Debian 10.

    Sorted. Clashed with another plugin.

@brainsys please be so kind and share more info about the plugin conflict. Thank you in advance for your time.

The conflict was with ‘Orbit Fox Companion’. It’s also a Gutenberg related plugin so I guess that’s where the problem is.

    Hey @brainsys @apollosk,

Orbit Fox is also one of our plugins and we used to ship Otter in past with Orbit Fox. You can also fix it by disabling Gutenberg Blocks module of Orbit Fox plugin and it should start working properly.

Thank you @hardeepasrani. Disabling Orbit Fox Gutenberg enabled a successful activation of Ottter.

@hardeepasrani can you please tell me where this “Gutenberg Blocks” module is located as I can’t find it in available modules under Orbit Fox. In available modules I see only these ones: Social Sharing Module, Page builder widgets, Template Directory Module, Menu Icons, Mystock Import, Policy Notice, Header Footer Scripts and Custom fonts.

Your assistance in this matter is highly appreciated.

    Have a nice weekend ahead.

    HHey @apollosk,

I was looking into the code of Orbit Fox and it should be deactivated by default. That’s weird that you’re getting this error. If you want to use Orbit Fox + Otter, please contact us at [email protected] and ask for the ticket to be sent to me and I’ll take a look why you’re having this issue.

    Let us know.
