I went through and deactivated woocommerce because that’s the main big one (along with a side woocommerce plugin) and I can’t be positive, but I can’t get the error again. I tried clicking about 100 things and never got the error.

I’m thinking that it might have to do with being slower because of woocommerce? It certainly seems a bit slower in general when that is running.

I’m having the same issue on my GoDaddy account. Was yours ever resolved?
