In reply to: [Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce] New post type: order_statusThe post type is (or supposed to be) registered only when plugin is active, this is the default behavior from woocommerce.
But we do not remove the status created when plugin is deactivated, for this we would need to create a new feature that allow user choosing a default woocommerce status when disable the plugin, then we need to update every order to this status. We are analyzing this option and check if feasible for a future release (since there is a performance risk)
You can remove all your custom statuses before removing the plugin. Let me know if this disables the rankmath warning

We need to be able to analyse these situations:
- What is pre order mode used. Provide the plugin settings
- Is it a timezone situation? What is your timezone and what is your server timezone? We use UTC as the pre order date, so verify if the pre order date is in the past to be sure. In next release we intend to change this behaviour to use the WordPress timezone instead UTC time
- Provide the products settings
- Describe the sequence of events you made (for exame: Enable the pre order option, set the date to day xxxx, on the date it did not change the order status, disabled option, etc)

Is there an option to change the status label to the one you want. Usually the pre order plugins need to know what is the status they need to handle the pre orders, so this option should be created inside the pre order plugin. Are you using the free version or paid version for the Yaymail plugin? On free version they do not allow updating the template email, they have a list of plugins with compatibility where they add manually each new plugin compatibility. So it depends on them.
We do not know about how the Yaymail paid version works, if you are using it please provide more details to help us understand how can we increase this. As we do not know how open are they to insert a new compatibility, could you ask them on this case?
Are you setting a custom status as default for a payment method?
Hello, Stock is reduced if the status is set as a “paid status”. Have you tried with this options and still issue? Could you confirm if there is any other stock manager or are you using the default woocommerce? Please share all information you have then we can check better. Thanks
Hello, could you confirm how the email recipient is set on status config? On current flow the email is sent only to the recipient defined on the status setting. You can set the status to send a copy to admin also
Hi, have you changed the default status for each payment method in plugin settings? How is your setup? In fact we changed the flow to match the woocommerce standards, instead having a status changing twice, sometimes users got two notifications. We are reviewing this flow maybe to allow the user choose when he want to be noticed
