Sorry Josh! I must be more specific. I have a magazine and I have a different mobile version thanks to the CSS, showing different content if the device used has a smaller screen. But now I can see the same version with any device (smartphone, tablet or PC). For example if I use my smartphone which is Android (6.0) and Chrome (4.2) as browser.

CoreBerlin, my menu is shown in every version (desktop, smartphones and tablets). Perhaps you should update to the last version. I have the last version in this theme, also in WordPress.
