Found the problem,
The conflict is with JS Frontend and the “combine JS files” sub-option. If disabled, everything is fine, but if enabled, the popup created with Divi overlays, if I’m not logged in the website, instead of appearing, disappears.

I wanted to find in the “pencil” the options to select something related to Divi Overlays and exclude the plugin from “combine JS files.

I think this plugin needs some support which I think we’ll never have any more ??

Unfortunately, this awesome plugin will never be supported in the future.
maybe someone can take this plugin and start something similar with support for future versions of WordPress.

It’s important because if we try to white label the admin for clients we want to hide the wordpress about page when they click in the logo.
