I did step by step about How to check for plugin conflicts. and I realize that Yoast was conflicting with Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin.

The first video is a .mov inside the video block. It is working fine, but inside the wysiwyg-content it is not working in any browser.
THe second video is a mp4 without Adobe Edition and it is working fine in any browser.
The third video is a mp4 with Adobe Edition, it is working fine on Safari, but it is not working fine on Google Chrome.
