The same problem, and for sure it has something to do with PHP 8. PHP 7.4 will be deprecated soon by host provider. Hope you would fix this issue.

Can’t you add in the plugin settings area an additional Placement item (Homepage, Posts, Pages, Excerpts, etc.) named Specific URL, to enable user to put the URL (for example homepage address) by themselves, to overcome problem with the social bar not showing on homepage only? This is just a suggestion…

I can see the floating share bar at the homepage.

Yes, if the bar is enabled from widgets, but when I try to enable it from the plugin settigns, it doesn’t appear on homepage only (all other pages and posts are ok).

Empty space is visible as grey area, extacly where the plugin is placed at right widgets sidebar.

When I remove the floating widget and enable floating bar from plugin settings, this empty space disappear, but I can’t figure out how to make the bar appear on homepage.
Hope this is clear now.

Just went to Facebook debugger page and apply debugging.

But counts restored after the plugin update.

After recent updats, counts retrieved back. It is OK now, but meanwhile I also used facebook debuger.

I tried with removed AdBlock Plus, no results.

Yes, I tried also on another device. It can’t be PC matter because the same issue is noticed even with different OS. Currently I use Win10 64bit updated and crystal clean.
Anyway, this is not critical issue, I just wondered if anyone can fix it.

The only additional extension I use is AdBlock Plus. But for few other sites run on WordPress platform the stats button is shown.

Internet connection is OK. I had the same issue with different router and provider.

I did it and an error is reported:

Also I checked the provider caching option, and nothing found. So I installed clear cache plugins (W3 Total Cache and WP Fastest Cache) and applied clearing but still no change in wp-admin bar stats icon status…

Of course, I tried everything I could. Under Mozilla Firefox there is simple text “Statistic” but no icon produced again. Also I tried to unistall Jetpack plugin and reinstall it but no result. I was not able to figure out what is the reason for missing image. It seems that this error is related to command line code, somewhere in the plugin itself or admin.php …
