Hi,

Thanks for your help, it seems it was some custom rewrite rules in “public_html/.htaccess” that were causing this. As per your advice I deleted this and was then able to login.

Sadly I had also deleted some of BPS created .htaccess files so my BPS was totally out of whack.

I think I will probably just reinstall and start again as I am totally confused as to what has been done or undone by my actions and so just going step by step through this will get it done quicker.
I am hoping I don’t create this problem again, but even if that should happen I can at least refer back here ??

I second the above comment especially for UK websites/businesses. Should be fairly simple to add this to the new plugin and help many of us who work for uK companies.

If you ever figured out a solution I would love to hear it. I have exactly the same problem and so sympathised with each step you had already done.
