Hi @mominet,
Thanks for choosing Feedzy!
Could you please provide us the steps that should be followed to replicate this behaviour on our test instances?
Thank you!
Hi @wee2326 ,
Thanks for choosing Feedzy!
I checked this on my test instance and I don’t encounter the issue with the latest version of the plugin. Please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) after updating Feedzy and check if it helps. If you still encounter the issue, please open a new ticket on this page and provide us the URL to a page where the problem can be seen.
Have a nice day!
Hi @jsem1101,
Thanks for providing the link! I can see the issue on your site, but on my test instance it still doesn’t occur with the same configuration as yours. Could you please back up your site, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and check if the issue persists? This way, we’ll check if it’s a conflict with the theme that’s causing this behaviour on your end.
Thank you!
Hi @chitarristiorg!
Please check this article that should help solve your issue. Keep in mind that importing the videos, not just displaying them, is possible only with the Pro version of the plugin.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Neve] text overlay at articles search on mobileHi @nutrifix!
The screenshot provided above served as an example to show where the Line Height field can be found, so please set a higher value in the Line Height field than 1px. Also, please make the same adjustment for the H3 heading on mobile.
I hope this helps!
Hi @oneninerright!
I checked your site and I don’t see any of the issues mentioned anymore – screenshot. If you still encounter the problem, I’d suggest trying to disable Siteground again, clear the cache (browser and plugin) and check if it helps. Usually, speed optimization or caching plugins like the one you use optimize CSS delivery, compress JavaScript files and minify HTML. These can affect the layout and design of the site in certain edge cases.
Have a nice day ahead!

In reply to: [Neve] How can I give a proper layout to theme Neve FSE?Hi @ildomandatore!
The customizations desired for Neve FSE should be done in the editor, by configuring each block/template as you please, including the header and footer, or by using custom CSS.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Neve] Neve FSE mobile themeingHi @ffimk!
Neve and Neve FSE are two different themes, despite their name, so customizing one of them won’t have any effect on the other. Neve FSE, similar to Neve, is responsive for mobile devices by default. However, if you want to customize different aspects of it for mobile devices, that should be done from the editor, for example, by using custom CSS and media queries to target only mobile devices, as explained here.

Hi @jameshi,
Thanks for choosing PPOM!
This can be achieved with custom CSS. For the example that you provided, the code will look like below.
#ppom-price-container .ppom-label-item, #ppom-price-container .ppom-price-item { font-weight: 200 !important; color: red !important; }
Feel free to change the font-weight value and the color as you please.

In reply to: [Neve] Posts Displaying to User as JSONHi @danielcr2011,
Thanks for choosing Neve!
I tried to check the post you provided, but it redirects to a 404 page. Please backup your site, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and check if the issue persists.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Neve] Home Page Destroyed after latest updateHi @joyryde!
I checked your site but I don’t see any issue with it – screenshot. If you still encounter the issue, you could rollback to the previous version of the theme and check if it helps.
Have a nice day!
Hi @refowork,
Thanks for choosing Otter!
I checked this on my test instance, but the tabs work properly for me even on mobile. I checked your site and there are some errors in the console – screenshot, mostly related to Litespeed. Could you please deactivate all the plugins except Otter and check if the issue persists? To do it safely, please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate Otter and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Neve] Footer issue on tablet/mobileHi @max137!
The default behaviour from the Customizer, when a number of columns is set, is to apply it only on desktop, while on tablet and mobile devices it automatically renders one component per line without taking into account the number of columns set. The code provided above adjusts the layout on tablet and mobile devices in order to keep both components on one line.

In reply to: [Neve] Global colors after update 03/08/2023Hi @kotlikes,
Thanks for choosing Neve!
I just checked this on my test instance, but the background colors from the Neve palette take effect as expected when they are set as the background for Elementor blocks. Here is an example from the Elementor editor and here is how it is displayed on the published page. If you still encounter the issue, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check again.
Have a nice day!
