You can add more links by simply writing a new page and you can get the contact button working by going to “freshy theme options” there you have to select that you want to use the contact button and fill in your email address…

why don’t you just put it in the sidebar??

when you write a post or page you can have the tab on the left “discussion” then click “allow comments” ,if your comments settings are turned off go to “options” and then “discussions”

but the footer problem is only on 1 page which is the guestbook and if u type the https://www.famfeenstra.nl/wordpress/?page_id=56 in on w3.org it will also check sidebar, header, footer etc.
