    I’ve just verified that validations (like mandatory informations) are not performed too. The spinner is always in action.
    I also noticed the following alert:

    Contact Form 7 4.4.2 requires WordPress 4.3 or higher. Please update WordPress first.

    I can’t update my WordPress because I don’t know if my theme will suppoert the new version. If an older version is needed in order to work with WP 4.0.11, what Contact Form 7 version should I consider to install?
