How about closing the box after the person has successfully finished filling in a contact form (including loading time to process information sending to database)?

Thank you Lap and Danny for your kind assistance. I have used Simple Custom CSS to add in the above line of code Danny provided, though the side borders are gone, but the top padding are still visible. Is there a way to remove it?

Could you guide me through step-by-step (with pictures if possible) how do I add the code you have given me using Simple Custom CSS or directly to my web (in case the plugin does not work with my theme).
