Thanks to your reply, I found that the plugin was conflicting with another plugin I was using. It’s working correctly after I deactivated the other plugin. Issue solved for now. Thanks for your help and time.

i tried re-updating the product. i have the prices in sgd, hkd, ntd, and myr. it only fixed the prices for sgd. hkd and ntd are still the base prices.

any way you can troubleshoot this?

it was dumb mistake on my part ?? i realised ytd that the billing address country needs to be the target country for the payment gateway conditions to take effect. leaving this reply here in case anyone may be stuck in a similar situation.

i think the issue was bc the live site didn’t have an active SSL. i updated it and woopayments is now working at checkout.

thx for replying. how do i disconnect woopayments from staging? is it simply disabling payment and uninstalling the plugin?

Update: I tried disabling the woopayments in the payment settings and deactivating it on the live site but the issue is still persisting. woopayments is deactivated in the staging site as well.

okay, i have updated the database and increased the php time limit. i still don’t see the cod option.

to answer your question, i’m using a checkout block. i have tried reverting to the shortcode with the theme still active but it didn’t help.

now that i have disabled everything, i believe it has reverted to the shortcode? cod is still missing.

do you have any ideas what may be the issue? cod is requirement for my client’s website, so we can’t do without it.

thx for replying. i have disabled woodmart (the theme i’m using) and all plugins except woocommerce. cash on delivery is still not visible on the checkout page.
