@txpmr, the backup files are from Backup Buddy. I had my hosting company do a restore using a complete site backup (before the update of the plugin) but the lost files and users were not restored. If you can help me try this again, I would be grateful. This is 3-months-worth of work that is lost and devastating to our company.

I also tried the rollback of the plugin (as requested above) but that did not work.

I lost about 3 months worth of work when I updated to version 2.04. Everything that had a link to Ultimate Member was gone – Using the Avada theme, like Portfolio pages, regular pages and all users. I’m restoring my back up from last night right now. I alerted Avada as well, but it appears to be a Ultimate Member upgrade issue.

Thank you for your response. I do have the latest version. Is there a bug in the new 2.02 version that doesn’t allow the current page to refresh when a user logs in? If I remove this version and install the older version, will there be problems with the work I’ve done so far?

Can you provide the answer to this question? I’ve tried to increase the limits in the form settings but it’s not taking them in the User Profile. I’d like to extend the characters in the biography field.

I just loaded my first group of 126 products using the Excel uploader and the courses and content seemed to come over without a problem. The categories appear in the order I listed them, but the products inside the categories are not in alphabetical order, even though I specified they be sorted by name in the Options tab. I have the premium version.

Also, there are random blank spots that appear throughout the thumbnail view. Is it possible to remove these?

These problems take away from the professional appearance of the catalog.
