I have the same problem!
No success with zero or 300…I have following parameters:

I tested it – sorry – it’s not better.The call of the dashboard needs 30 seconds, perhaps 20 at the second time.
Why not have a manual refresh for slow servers?

I set Basic and Advanced pattern.But regardless if I set “.asp” to checked or unchecked (and saved!) I get an error 403.
Any idea?

it’s a shared hosting, I installed WP myself
FTP user is file owner with write access
Webserver has no modify rights except: wp-content/uploads (there is also a subfolder of ithemes-security) and on some plugins.
My idea is not to ask for a solution but is an idea for the future to place all writable subdirectories into one place.Forum: Plugins
