In reply to: [Jigoshop] Jigoshop emails send twiceI had this same problem. It generated each email twice for me, so i just deleted the second email of each version. Go to Jigoshop > Emails and sort it by email name, you may see two of each email.

It is extremely important as this is how we work out when an Order can be sent or not, now i need to log in to the back end and check every single order, this has doubled my workload!

As i am very basic knowledge here, it doesnt show the “Payment Method” variable key and i have no idea what it is. can anyone point me in the right direction to find this out or tell me what it is? I tried [payment_method] but that didnt work.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Shop details have disappeared from order emailsI forgot to add, and the Notes have disappeared as well. In fact, all Invoicing Details have disappeared, despite still being in my settings.
In addition to this, the email comes from “Little People and M”, not “Little People and Me”

It has been 8 days with no reply. We are loosing a lot of business because of this error and really need to get it fixed! Would really love if someone could help with this.
