I signed in via https://app.purechat.com/User/Dashboard and selected the HTML which generates a script.

I already have a redirect set up. If you fill out the form and submit it, it redirects you to our payment page, but what I’m trying to do is two-fold.

I don’t see any way to make the button dual purpose. I am really struggling with even putting two fields on the same line, or putting a checkbox inline with a field to get a conditional response.
