Further i had open a ticket in proxycheck site, they informed me by email that they will update my request to plugin developer.
Can you consider this request ?

i mean, instead of blocking proxy or VPN users want to show reCAPTCHA or Math challenge. Adding reCAPTCHA option will be very helpful.

I disabled the plugin 1 days ago then i see no such issue, now after a day when i activated the plugin it started Submitting such URL.First of all, you need to accept that you need some fix.
