Isn’t it possible to make a subscription field in html and add it as a widget in the footer menu? There is a widget space that can contain html, but I wouldn’t know if this will be suitable for a subscription field though.

Although I would like to alter this entire element (lose the box-line, smaller cart icon, grey icon and remove ‘Item’).

Thank you very much for you answer!
I bought the theme that I liked most as it was in the demo and figured out quit a lot on how to get the styling I want.

I haven’t made a child theme as I only worked with the custom CSS. Some things I can’t figure out I will hire someone at the company where the theme cames from. But firts I will post any questions in this forum :).
