How old is your hosting account? Sometimes the “index.php” file does not get created when a new hosting account is set up, therefore needs to be added manually.

If you do not have an “index.php” file inside your public_html folder (via cPanel or FTP), then you will need to create one.

Try creating an “index.php” file inside your public_html folder. Every time you make a new installation, WordPress needs to add information to an index.php file, so if you don’t have one, you’ll need to add it.

I am receiving this error:

I changed my blog URL address in General Settings and the error showed up. Is there anyone here who can fix this please? I beg you.. please help. I’m happy to pay for your time.
