In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Missing data in Analytics ReportHello,
Thanks for your reply!
Please share more details on how you performed this comparison and what stood out as a discrepancy.
I have set an identical date range (in this case 7 days) on Woocommerce and GA and the income information is different.
Please try the steps in the link above and let us if it helped.
Depending on your findings, we may ask you to reach out to us via ticket, so we can look into this further.I have installed Codesnippet and have added the GA tracking code. GA & Woocommerce data are still different ??
For privacy reasons, I can’t give you the revenue information present in Google Analytics and Woocommerce trough screenshots.
Would it be possible to create a ticket in order to send you the information you need and look further at the problem. Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Louis

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Missing data in Analytics ReportHello,
I have removed the codes 9 days ago.
The e-commerce data has never been correct. So in my opinion, the data collection issue is not linked to the GA codes.
Any idea how I can resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance,
Kind regards,
Louis

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Missing data in Analytics ReportHello Paul,
We receive analytics data but the e-commerce data is partial.
I compared the sales data with Woocommerce and I noticed that the analytics data is incomplete.
There were indeed several codes that I have in the meantime cleaned up.So I don’t really know what to do to solve this problem.
Could it be related to the fact that the user does not accept cookies and therefore cannot be tracked? Thanks in advance for your response!
Kind regards,
Louis

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Missing data in Analytics ReportHello,
You misunderstood me.
My problem still persists.
What I was telling you is that the Analytics code is well detected by the Tag Assistant.
However, data is still missing…Could you tell me what I should do to fix the problem?
Could it be related to the fact that the user does not accept cookies and therefore cannot be tracked?Kind regards,

In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Filter not showing – filter displayed emptyHello Dima,
Thanks for your reply.
We are using Elementor as theme builder.
The category page is made with Elementor (we are not using the WordPress default one).
We are using a shortcode to add the filter to the page.
See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/ZGB8D1Q
We are using the product Elementor block to display the products from a specific category and the Berocket AJAX Filters is enabled. We are using Woocommerce for the product management.
See picture here: https://ibb.co/XsnZZDX
As a reminder the BeRocket AJAX Filters work on our dev environment but not anymore on the production environment.
Here you will find a screenshot of the filter settings: https://ibb.co/jwQd7fDDon’t hesitate is you have any further questions.
Thanks in advance for your answer!

Thanks for your reply.
1. The attribute values has indeed products on count column.
2. I have set Values count and output to All non-empty values are displayed; standard recounting is applied.
3. I have regenerated the lookup tables. The filters are now displayed but once I select one, there are no product displayed even if there are products within that selected attribute.
Thanks in advance for your help and reply!
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Filter not showing – filter displayed emptyHello,
I am trying to display a attribute filter.
The filter is displayed with a shortcode and the products with the “product” block from Elementor.
Even with the default filter module it doesn’t work.
FYI we have manually created pages for each category. The product module allows us to display products by category and the filter module allows us to filter these products by attribute.
As a reminder, the filter worked with this configuration (and still works on our dev environment).Regards,
Louis
