Is your Klarna account configured for Klarna Checkout or Klarna Payments?

If it is configured for Klarna Checkout you can not use Klarna Payments instead, then you will have to contact Klarna and configure your account to work for Klarna Payments and get correct credentials.

How are you trying to implement the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, is it via a shortcode widget on the checkout page? Please send a screenshot on how you have implemented the shortcode.
