Since this is happening to multiple customers we need to investigate why this error appears. To do that we would need to see the complete Klarna Payments log from when this error appeared and a system report but that information should not be published in a public forum since that is private information. Therefore i suggest that you contact us via our support form so we can continue the investigation.

The reason for why Klarna is not visible when adding you custom negative fee is because Klarna can not handle a negative sum when the type is surcharge. The type needs to be discount instead for Klarna to be able to handle negative amounts.?Hi,

This is expected behavior, when the sum is 0 or negative Klarna Payments is removed and replaced by WooCommerce standard checkout instead.Hi,
It is not possible to remove some of the Klarna Payment options and present only one Klarna option in the checkout when using the Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin. What payment options that are visible in the checkout is controlled by your Klarna account configuration and nothing that can be changed in the plugin.

This means that you have not set a terms and condition page in WooCommerce.?Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and then go to the Page Setup section and make sure you have set a Terms and Condition page there.

?The Billing country needs to match the site language for the Klarna Payments iframe to be visible in the site language, otherwise the fallback language is set in the Klarna Payments iframe which is English. This means that if you are on your NL-site and choose Netherlands as country in the billing details the language will be in nl-NL (Dutch) in the KP iframe, but if you still are on the NL-site but just change the country to Finland the language in the Klarna Payments iframe will be in en-NL (English). We need to be able to recreate the issue too see where the issue is, i have tested the cartflows plugin in a Klarna Payments test environment and I am not able to recreate the issue you mentioned. I am able to complete an order when having the cartflows plugin activated without any errors.
Here is a Klarna Payments test environment where the cartflows plugin is activated where you can make a test purchase:

We have not tested the cartflows plugin with our plugins so we do not know if the cartflows plugin is compatible with our Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin or not.
Where does this add social security number field come from, is it any custom field that you have added? The Klarna Payments plugin has support for all WooCommerce default checkout fields and if this is a custom field try and remove that field and see if it works.
This seems to be an issue where the carflow plugin is not compatible with the Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin and since that is not a plugin we claim to have support for we are unfortunately not able to help you further.
