Currently the site is local hosted, is it possible to post a short video of the issue here?

I am using Gchrome and windows 10.

I solved the issue by using the other menu, but I would prefer to use the regular one ??

Also I forgot but this bug only occures when I am navigating on the website while not logged in as admin.

If I try this when I am in the theme parameters, all works perfectly fine.
