In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login LockdownAlso I do not think the Email component of this plugin is working. I’ve had a few locked out and never got an email about it.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login LockdownI’m afraid the diversity of networks and locations will flummox that. I like these features but am not ready to commit to that yet.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login LockdownSo I just did it from another machine, and browser on VPN. So worried I’d lock myself out. I CAN confirm it locked me out after the third bad attempt. I see the user, and IP I used for this test. So…that’s working. I wish there was an option to send failed logins directly to a blacklist. I genuinely do not want to ever see the hundreds of bad IPs at my virtual door again.
Is it not very easy for these parasites to just get a new IP or spoof another IP?Thanks for your help, Ashley.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login LockdownGreat, thanks Ashley. Follow up.
When I EXPORT my settings from Site A, it outputs to a .txt file. Is that the correct format? Because when I go to Site B to IMPORT then it seems to go but then shows a blank loader? Boh. I was able to get it to work pasting the contents into the text field. It’s set to Remove from Category (from ‘Contests’ to ‘Uncategorized’). The ‘Contests’ are only displayed on the ‘Contests’ category page. Should I set them to ‘Draft’ instead?
Dump of another log:
ok, I had one kick off today. So I guess that answers the above question about “How long it takes?” It takes until it has something to log :P/

It was scheduled to go at 11:59 PM PST on May 3, 2022 though? This site’s time zone IS set to “Los Angeles” which should work as the station is actually in Seattle. So is it an hour late? (I’m in Italy, btw).
Thank you.
How long does it take for the debug logs to populate? I JUST enabled this.
“Debugging table is currently empty.”What it is doing now is really frustrating. When the cron event happens instead of putting the post into DRAFT it leaves it published and removes the expiration date. This might not be a big deal to a lot of you, but we use post expiration, for contests. I have dozens of sites, and spending my time to manually remove posts that were supposed to unpublish at midnight and could put us at some legal liability, is a real turn off. Did you decide to change the name from “Post Expirator” because you really don’t do that bit well?
No posts are scheduling ok now, but not expiring reliably.
Has this “alpha” gone into beta or production yet?

I have replaced my wp-cron.php file last week and this keeps happening. I had another one miss its scheduled end this weekend.
That was actually helpful. It would have been good if the troubleshooting would have been a bit more explicit telling you where the visual examples shown can be found. I will talk to my Hosting company about WP_Cron. It wouldn’t be the first time they put us in the server ghetto. I’m having an issue with Post Scheduling on the same site so it is a likely candidate.
