I figured out what’s happening. There’s an internal error – it doesn’t like using checkboxes. Seemed to have started after the last update or two.

Options that work fine are either checkbox-multiple or radio buttons. The multiple option doesn’t help if I want to limit the answer to only one…so I’m stuck with the radio option for now ;(

Yes, but, if you have more than one option and only want one checked this doesn’t help.

Did you try using twenty ten or twenty eleven theme just to ensure it’s not a theme issue?

It happened to me once where the theme i was using was upgraded and the header options were changed.

Looks like I resolved this on my own finally…lol.

It seems like its impossible to add a caption after you already uploaded and imbedded the picture/image. To add a caption, it seems you must do so straight after uploading the picture/image before saving/embedding. Once you’ve added the caption, it can be edited freely afterward.

Yeah, you’ll be waiting a while…still doesn’t work.

You actually mean go to the edit page and hover over and edit…doesn’t work. I added a small caption, updated and nothing happened but it changed the alignment from right to left – no caption.

That was my original tact…after not working I tried the Media Library method because it didn’t change the alignment but it also didn’t display the caption.

yes, I have switched to Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten for good measure…nothing. I have also reset the plugins folder via FTP (renaming and revert back, etc) as described in the link provided…nothing.
