Environment: Production

We are using the official Authorize.Net plugin from Woothemes. And I also checked the API Login ID and Transaction Key. They are correct as well. Our store is configured to deliver for all regions without any restrictions.

Sure thanks, I will follow it up with them. They had earlier told me that it was due to the webs server not clearing the cache. So wanted to verify it with you.

I managed to get the SMS notifications working for changing status from Processing to Shipped. However, now the custom variables are not working. I added them like this

_tracking_provider

_tracking_number
_custom_tracking_link
_date_shipped

And in message, I am using like this:
Your order no. %id% has been shipped on %_date_shipped% via %_tracking_provider% with tracking number %_tracking_number
